L.I.F.E. in the Garden

Students of all ages work in the garden, growing flowers and vegetables, and tending to the chores of weeding, watering and harvesting. By being involved in the process of nurturing their own plants, students find they are willing and happy to eat foods they have never tried before.

“It’s neat how big the potatoes are when you dig them up!” – Luke, 2nd grader
